I page only and the OCR on that is BAD!

If you want to scan more than one page you have to buy the full edition. Which wouldn’t bother me if it worked at all.

When trying to use OCR on scanned PDFs there are so many errors that you may as well just re-type the entire document yourself. It would be faster.
